KKasturi Medicare Pvt. Ltd. a well equipped 50 bedded multispeciality hospital has been serving the society for the past 13 years. The hospital has started “Kasturi Care for Seniors” an old age home to accommodate senior bed ridden, terminally ill and Cancer patients who would be given expert monitoring at affordable price .
The aim to start an old age home on the third floor of the hospital was to provide a quite environment. Keeping in mind the comfort of the patients and to ensure that patients feel “Home away from Home” the floor has been renovated with good interior decoration. Imported wall tiles along the whole length of the wall have been put to improve cleanliness and give a good and pleasant atmosphere to the patient. The seniors are provided pleasant & clean bath attached room with Intercom facility along with TV. All the personal needs of the seniors like their food, clothing, supply of 24 hrs hot and cold water, personal belonging and News papers are also provided. They would also be under the supervision of expert doctors who would visit them daily and 24 hours qualified and experienced nurses and supportive staff. Qualified Physiotherapist and Dieticians would be available as per the need of the seniors. Monthly blood test would be done to ensure the health status of the seniors. Arrangements are also made to wheel the seniors out for a stroll in the premises as per their wish along with experienced House keeping staff.
The patients would receive medicines as per the instructions from the referring doctor and any change in medicine will be done only after due communication with the referring doctor. Patients would be charged a minimal fees in case any treatments like giving IV fluids for few hours, nebulisation etc
